From raw material to finished product, every step is monitored for quality and efficiency
Paraxylene is reacted with air in the presence of a catalyst and Acetic Acid solvent to form Crude Terephthalic Acid (CTA).
CTA is dissolved in water and subjected to hydrogenation to remove impurities (like 4-CBA), ensuring high purity levels.
The purified wet cake is dried, cooled, and stored in silos before being bagged or dispatched via bulk containers.
Our facility includes a dedicated Co-Generation Power Plant. By utilizing waste heat from the oxidation process to generate electricity and steam, we significantly reduce our reliance on external energy grids and lower our carbon emissions.
